Whilst we have found competitive prices with the food we serve, we are self funded and receive no help from the council, despite attempts to do so.
For that reason, we please ask for your support in helping us to raise money so we can continue to provide our essential service and keep serving a community that is often ignored, treated badly and has little to no money to feed themselves.
With your support, we can ensure they are fed and clothed, and treated in a way we would wish to be treated ourselves.
Who we are
At The Pavement Project, we believe that everyone deserves more than just shelter — they deserve dignity, and the chance to belong.
We’re a community interest company set up to support people who are experiencing homelessness or struggling to keep a roof over their heads. Our purpose is simple: to stand alongside people during tough times and help them find a way forward.
Homelessness is about more than lacking a place to sleep. It can mean facing loneliness, struggling with health, or losing confidence. We know that every person’s story is unique — and we meet each person with respect, kindness, and understanding.

What we do
Practical Support — providing hot food and drinks, through to toiletries and clothing. We pride ourselves on interacting with those who need us, to hear their stories and to encourage positive changes.
Community and Connection — bringing people together through activities that build skills, friendships, and hope. This will progress and evolve in 2026.
A Voice That Matters — listening, learning, and speaking up so no one feels invisible.
